i used to have dtv and used extreme hu or win explorer and a t911 loader for it.
i might buy a Bell Express Vu Sattelite and receiver since you can "program" the card just like dtv was.... can anyone tell me the things i need to program a bev card? btw will i still be able to use my t911 loader for bev cards? thanks in advance

Oooh boy, First off you cannot program bev with the T911. Second bev is in the process of switching their platform to Nagra2(some say Feb. to April/05) which is not cracked yet so spending alot of money may be something to think about.
Go to www.bellexpress.vu and read the info in the menus on the left, there is too much to know to explain here. The info is really good there about what you need and how to start etc.

They are also switching to Nagra2 but are scheduled(guesstimations) for the fall sometime. Same as before, go to site I gave you, has both info about setup.
