HI, I am using a atmega card and it is working great with no problems, I do have a new 102 sub card which i do sub to due to sharing my account with family. My question is i like to put my sub card in the system every two weeks just to allow it to receive any needed updates, but when i did it this time I realize that I am missing several channels that I know the other sub receiver is receiving. Any Ideas of what might have happen and how would I resolve this besides calling bell to inquire.

Thanks.

Maybe you didn't leave the card in the reciever long enough?

you need to update more ofter than that. like every 2-3 days or so.
if memory serves me correctly, cards will start to dump channels if not in the stream for a prolonged period of time. 2 weeks seem a bit long to me.
