Highlight it with your mouse, then right click choose copy, this will put it on your computer clipboard.

In NagraEdit, right click in the middle of the PATCH screen, choose Paste.

I take it you know what to do from there.

If someone sends you a text file for PPV, such as ppv.txt , just right click on it, choose rename, change the extention to .ep3 or whatever extention for the rom type, then choose save.

Basicallly they are text file, just rename the extention so Nagraedit would read it correctlly for the rom file.
