Nexus modded Unlocker

Can someone tell me about the nexus loader dip switches I know 1 & 6 are for flashing but and I get it flashed but can't seem to unlock any cars. What am i doing wrong?

I have a Nexus that is modified, 1 and 5 are for flashing turn them on and then after the flash, turn off 1 and 2 and 5 are for unlocking. I have unlocked a few Rom10A23 cards, but havent had any luck and have tried for weeks now to unlock rom3 cards. Hope that helps you.

What I know about the nexus(I've got the Nexus platinum) is dip 1 down is for readig/writing ROMs(3.68mhz chrystal). Dip 2 down is For reading/writing HU(3.57mhz Chrystal). So how's you go about modding the nexus?And what did you flash with?

Does anyone know if a nexus ISO loader can be modded to a unlocker?????
