New 3100 Model BEV Receivers

Just wondering if Bell might have put some safeguards or done something to new receivers that are being sold so you can't "test" anymore. A friend is looking at going for one of the promotions going on now and just wanted to make sure that there isn't anything to worry about.

Stay away from cardless receivers, I don't know if belll uses them yet or not, but they are not testable.

I guess you wouldn't know if the 3100 is a cardless receiver or not?

Bell Expressvu still uses 3100-010 recievers, there is nothing to worry about cardless
