Rom 10 Program help!!!!

Hi I have a 3100 receiver and I get all channels except for ppv but when i use Negrit 4.1 to read the card I get this error:

Opening of COM1 was successful


ROM Revision: 010

Attempting to login to BD3
BD3 login failed
Reading ROM10 failed
Closing of COM1 was successful

Please help it seems like my dealer has put a lock on my card how can I unlock it.

Get ahold of him & ask for the unlock code..

If he wont give it to you you'll need to get it unlocked with a modded loader
