4000 stuck on acquiring sat signal

Does anyone know how to get around this
4000 with the latest firmware just sits on acquiring signal and will not do anything else
it was working fine and then all of a sudden nothing

i have tried both plastic and atmega and still onl get the acquiring signal screen

I'm getting the same problem, only I maybe get around 10 or so channels. Using Rom2, so I figured it was my card. Any ideas?

have you tried any other options? a hard reset would be the first thing but you have prob tried that. are you blockered? when did this happen?

When you go to the installation screen, do you have a Signal Lock?

I've tried a hard reset, I also get a strong signal. I moved my receiver from the east coast tot the west coast, could this be why? Maybe the channel lineup is different when programming the card.. someone did that aspect for me.

I have tried everything from plastic to atmega and jyf
i still get 90% with bev and sit on error 015 forever
any other options out there?
