sub card problems

I managed to get my 301.013 flashed with a public dump edited with flashedit, I programmed my rom 3 with the latest freeware and it works perfectly. Now I can't get my yellow sub card to work, it gives the 019 nag "card is not inserted correctly". Can anyone provide me with a little help on this one?

was it the same bootstrap and build configuation on that flash?

build config was correct not sure about the bootstrap. Also the after I reflashed the tsop I noticed the sys. info screen appeared different than it did before I erased. Does this mean it hasn't took the latest update and if so would that have a effect on the sub card coming up with the nag?

It possible that you just need to update your ird with the newer firmware.
i don't think the new cam will work with old firmware an that would explain why they forced updates recently

I've left the receiver off for approx. ten minutes at a time and it hasn't updated yet. How can i get it to update? By the way thanks for your help.

It could take over an hour to update so if your impatient like me the just set it up before you go to bed to update.otherwise it will drive you nuts waiting

you need to flash it back to your original tsop that the yellow card worked with, it is speculated and I can somewhat confirm that the box keys used for yellow cards is not the ones used for blue cards, I had a 301 with a yellow card that received original programming, I took a tsop from another receiver and cloned it using flashedit, the card that had programming on it wan now not authorized to view that channel. So somewhere else in the tsop lies the key to making the yellow card work, go back to original

The only original save I have of this tsop is a 4mb file. I used save mem on the first screen of jkeys. Can I use this file to restore the original tsop. By the way this a dual tsop 301.013. Didn't really know what I was doing when I first did backups from this receiver and may have saved the wrong thing using the dp301-013c version of jkeys. Can someone please help?
