revx flash I can not find it?

I am looking for this file revx flash and can not find it. I read it was in the file section and can't find it. I want to unloop a software looped no atr rom 3 card. Can anyone help? Also if anyone has any luck with it? I also would like any advice if they have used other programs with any luck.

Found it flash doesnt do anything..Do a search in Dishnet rom files...Revolutionx hit Ctrl F to search..Its in a rom2unloop.zip
