Some of you, if not all of you may, be aware of one of our fallen brothers Krist.
Well the worst of all scams has been perpetrated by Mista Ex.
After Krist's untimely death, Mista Ex started a thread for people to send in donations (to him) for Krist's family.

C/P

Donations to Krists Family.
I will be collecting donations for krists family.

Please dontate through paypal and use

Jeremytirrell@hotmail.com

As the donation address, all funds will be forwarded to krist's family as of the 30th of this month.

Thank you once again.

I will keep a running total in here as we go.

PS: please put your alias into the donation in some way so we can track this.

End C/P

Well heres where it gets disgusting. Alot of funds were sent to Mista Ex's paypal acct. The family never got one dime. He stole the money and is not responding to anyone.
Here is the update posted at Card Coders:

C/P

Krist's fund update
My dear members:
I have recently heard from Krist's family. I was deeply saddened to learn that none of the Krist Fund contributions administered by MistaEx were ever received. The members, here, opened their hearts and their wallets upon Krist's tragic passing. That someone would use the opportunity to perpetrate a scam is disgusting; that it would be one of our own members is devastating.

End C/P

So, if you know MistaEx, lets expose his scamming ass.
The family of Krist could really use the funds to help offset the costs of the funeral services, burial etc.
To me, this is the lowest form of life scam that there could be. So if you have any info that could be helpfull, please post it here or pm it to myself or the admin. Thanks.

Here is some good news to this tragic Scam This is C/P from cardcoders

Important Notice to All

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The CardCoders staff would like to announce that as of today, MistaEx has been removed from the CardCoder staff and subsequently banned from the CardCoder site. It is with regret that we are forced to take these actions against one of our founding members. His recent questionable transactions with some of the members of CardCoders and the lack of response from him personally, has caused the rest of the staff great distress and has also begun to tarnish the reputation that we have worked so hard to create. The decision to begin selling was solely that of MistaEx and was not connected to nor agreed upon by the CardCoder staff as a whole. This decision to ban one of our staff has not come easy for any of us. We did what was in the best interest of our community and in order to protect the members of CardCoders. Unfortunately, the remaining staff of CardCoders cannot take responsibility for these incomplete transactions and we regret that this turn of events has even transpired. However, we will do whatever we can within our means to try and get MistaEx to fulfill his obligations. There are rumors of him having possible health or family issues at the moment. Those who know him closely have attempted to contact him, and we're still waiting for the results. But without hearing from MistaEx himself, we simply cannot be sure. Our actions are simply a way to attempt to preserve the integrity of the CardCoder forums. We apologize to anyone who has lost money as a result of this. We can definitely promise that going forward, if any goods are being sold on Cardcoders, it is not through the approval of the staff and we do not endorse the transaction nor deem it as safe. We also encourage any member receiving a private message soliciting goods or services even under the guise of charity, to bring it to the attention of a staff/moderator. The CardCoder staff has always disapproved of any attempt to profit from our community of hard working hobbyists and that will remain to be our stance.

Thanks for your understanding and continued support of these forums.

The Cardcoders Staff
