Ar105b lock on my 301-010, rebooted and back up in a couple minutes.

hrmm, when i went to reflash my 3900 found a wire came unsoldered, maybe that let the flash write slip through? fixed it though, it was the wire on SB44 that was disconnected

I usually flash SA8 on Flash 1 for my 301.10. Is there any difference? It takes about 10-20 mins to restream and has always worked...Thanks

On a serious note I have a crap pile of recs and none got hit no digital locks though. They all have a 50 cent jy switch but no threatning phone calls or nasty emails so I guess everyones happy. I have 2-11s and atmegas no magic cards though and thats on Bev and Dish. Also running Milis blocker on dish and free blocker on bev.

I would go ahead and run it since your card didn't get killed. If you install a push button switch to points SB39 and SB40 you can short them for 20 seconds for a 3900 and it will fix itself using the stream. They call it the junk yard fix if you don't abuse it it works but use at your own risk. Saves on digging out a jtag or somebody yanking out their entire rec to come visit you. JY fixes are covered in their own thread just do a search

My 301-010 resets in 15 seconds, just at second flash of the "ON" Led in front of the receiver... I think 45 seconds is too much...

Your Right,
The 45 seconds is for a junk yard fix thats totally different than a digital lock tsop fix. I also understand you are counting the blinks of the green light while you hold button in my experience using a watch when the rec gets close to 40 seconds it blinks one last time before 45 seconds and thats normally the blink I need. In my experience with a large volume of 301s 45seconds worked the best especially after a ECM not trying to step on toes.

Either will work, but I've always used SA3 (Flash 1) and am up and running in 10 mins flat.

Simply do this, reapply your card or Atmega and you'll be up & running!

2700 with rom11 got hit with the seriouse receiver error. Unplugged ird, pushed in simple reset for five seconds, it downloaded the software in three minutes and back up and running fine for the last four hours. Must have been a hit and run. Rom11 with a few to many locals and three legit ppv's stings from 4 months ago and one wide ass one from 10000 to 95000 with checksum blocker.

Seems charlie hits when the ratings are the highest., i.e. Super bowl , sweeps week etc. maybe im just paraniod? Could be the foreshadowing of the weekend ahead!!!! Get ready to J-TAG.. Good luck .

I have had this problem before , just re erase your rec and it will be fine , it just never went the first time.

Notice that it was done before the weekend?? And it hit a lot of subs....they would not want to zap subs during the game weekend.......anyway we can hope they won't try again for a while.

yes, did flash 2, sa28 went down. Now trying flash2 sa-15,will see what happens.(that is with 301.13,just in case)
