Card behaving Strange, help

[Nifty]

I have a card that is behaving wierd, I thought it was locked but it isnt, when I reset it I get the following:

Opening of COM1 was successful

All apears to be well, however when I try to clean it I get this:

Any suggestions as to what is wrong?

Try running bugbuster in nagra 4.1 and see if that helps
