301-13 2 tsop help

I am tring to read my 301-13 2 tsop ird to fix last ecm, I can not find my jkey with the 301-13 2tsop def. every one I try will read the 301-13 1 tsop and 301-3100 2 tsop but I can not get this ird to work using the 301-3100 def. can someone please tell me where the right jkeys is locted.

I found that I had not grounded pad 79, when I did, I can now get jkeys to right tsop, thanks everyone
