Hi, I'm running a 5100 with bev, and using a blocker on the modem so I can use the caller ID fuction on the TV. Looks like the modem won't dial out as it has been hacked, My question is when I go with a subbed card after all this free stuff goes down I would like to put in a modem to order movies. Is it easy and where would I get one to install in this receiver.

Sounds like one of the mods popular awhile back, Most can be reversed. The modem should still be complete inside the receiver.

It was basically putting a capacitor in series with the phone line to block the dial out while allowing the caller id signal in. Never had the balls to plug that line in so never tried .
