Yvous 1.4 running with a single TSOP 301.013 since the DTV P4 ordeal. Yesterday hit with the "serious error." Easy to fix by erasing sector 49(SA49) and restreaming. Same thing just now, seems like it is happening about the same time as yesterday. Hope this doesn't turn out to be a daily thing ....

HillBilly,
YESSS, if you are still up and running, get your receiver out of the stream. It may save you having to jtag the thing. I don't know about tommorrow or next week ....

is there a way this can be blocked?
i had the 153 nag yesterday, and i unplugged and pulled the card, and i was just fine. will an auto reset digi lock prevent 000001 with this ecm?
thanks

Got hit with Yvous 1.3d with about 14 custom PPV strings. I'll check one I have running with no PPV strings and post the results later.

My 501 with auto digi lock survived the ecm, but everything recorded on the hard drive was erased

Don't know why people depend on those things, they screw up so often, sell it, get a 301.10 and a capture card for your computer, record there and burn them to dvd's. Most you will lose is part of the show that you can re-record later and patch it in.

AS WE SPEAK, I am compiling/building a PVR using MythTV and Slackware linux. I gave up on making XP multimedia center work with my "somewhat old" hardware. I think MythTV is going to be the trick ... sorry for the off topic comment

This is a complicated, multi-faceted ECM. Right now, the only thing that's holding up as far as we're concerned is plastic with Mili's blocker. (there may be other private blockers working)
Aren't you glad you have a good digital lock? (maybe you don't)
I've read what the coders are saying - don't understand the coding, but I understand enough of what they're saying to know this is a bad mofo - and it's not just hitting one thing. It's targeting PPV spending tiers...blockers....emulators (Atmega, Magic Card, Neo)...possibly CAMID's.....in other words, a mess and a half.
Ah....another long Friday night....

Never went down here with rom10 and nomore 64-7. I am very impressed with Mili's blockers passing this ecm, but private blockers aren't the only ones running.

Thanks for the input, toober.... :)
We have ECM threads all over the place, so I'm closing this thread. Please continue HERE.
