ECM 2/3/05 on 310 Rec.

I have a 310 Rec. with a Rom 3 card. Lost all channel except 101 and 103. I have reprogrammed card with lastest blocker. The only blocker I could find was from 1/31/05. Still I get the same channels. I have read allot of threads since yesterday. I can not figure out what I need to do. Maybe I am looking in the
wrong place. I need some direction.
