Try to flash tsop 3800

I can read info with JKeys, but when I go to flash programming it says the flash codesreturned are not reconized by jkeys. mfg/device codes returned are FFFFFFFF/FFFFFFF(JEDEC) and FFFFFFFF/FFFFFFF (FLASH FILE) any clue? Thanks

my 3100-013 is doing the same thing. I wanted to erase the tsop and change toa different one. After I erased my tsop thats what I get not sure how to fix this problem
