I put together a how to guide on using a modded loader to open locked dish and bev cards. Thought I would add it to the forum to help anyone interested.

No, opened fine using word perfect 12. But I am having trouble uploading an attachment again. Updated and added to Crazy's creation with his permission, but it keeps telling me I'm trying to follow an invalid post ?

i was getting a runtime error when i tried to open it. so i downloaded the vb6.0 and it runs fine now.I got my loader today so ill test it out.

Crazy got his sticky, thanks to the dead pez's, lol. It will be worth every penny I am sure. If I can get all these unlocked, hell yah it will be worth every penny :). With this guide it all looks good and one that even I can follow, don't worry about the misspellings and grammer, If I can sound it out I can read it. I can't wait to get my mod so I can get started.

I ordered a modded loader from modchipit and im trying to follow your instructions but they put some kind of glue over the wires on the pot settings so i cant test the resistance. Is there another way to tell what ohms its at. Im afraid of breaking it if i pull the glue off. Also i cant find unlockallver2a i can only find powersyncunlockallver2b or 3 any way you can point me in the right direction. Thanks

2b auto configures the winex settings but uses com1 only, Worked good on 10's for me, But has not ever popped a rom 3 open for me.

ver 3 is actually more manual, You need to edit the winex settings and save them as unlocker, Then maually edit the script to your delay and vcc settings.

Haven't tried 2a as I ran out of locked cards to reopen now.

unlocking Rom 3's Useing script PowersyncUnlockALLver2a if you do not have an open rom3 to run testglitch with.

i bought a moded loader from dsshouse will not unlock 383 a23 just goes for ever i need to order one that actuly works if some can point me in the right dir 1 that takes credtcards . thanks

t911 i have tryed all scrips like powerunlock you name it i have tryed it with no luck all i ever 6f on rom 10 rom 3 06f goes for ever i use swtches 2 5 on for unlocking

What vcc settings and delay settings are you using, you may need to adjust a bit. Which T911(what colour board inside).What rev are the cards at ?

its the black board t911 rom 10 a23 rom 3 383 as far as the settings i used the ones that came with moded t911 pin 1/5 to flash pin 2/5 to program this one dosent have a trim pod all i get is 06f rom 3 6f rom 10 runs for ever with no luck i thought it was the loader maybe im not using the right settings thanks for any help you could give me

pull the resistor and add a pot.

If that doesn't satisfactorily solve the problem, I have a few pc boards that you can build your own 7816 ISO programmer from kit c/w bootload [Atmel 90S2313] from scratch.....very stable.

Working on the mod for a ABS1 HU loader and it shows a 2313 program switch, what is this?

The switch on your loader u described is to use a bootload [Loader]. Pins 13 and 14 of the Atmel are jumpered to bypass the proggy on the Atmel. The last flash was UL4S for HU cards. Just leave the switch closed and the loader will act as an ISO programmer. Check and see if you have two crystals [3.6864 and 3.5795 Mhz] the later is for DTV.

No I do not have two crystals only one that I can see, actually my loader is identical to the pictues provided at the top of this thread. I was just confused by the blue lines going to 2313 Program Switch. If I jumper them as you suggest I should be fine. Thank you for your help, the pictures were a big help, I have a 101 and a 102 to open up. Wish me luck.

Ok,downloaded xp atmel,open it there is only a few hex files and 1 system file and 1 docs file.There is no atmel chip marked 2313 as he states to click on .What am I Missing here.Used KK flash in the old hu days,simple,open pick your flash and click.I am not getting something here.Thanks
