sys info screen freezes

Hi,
have a 301.013 single tsop build Config DAHC. after I loaded this downloaded flash, whenever I go to sys info.. and it does all 12 steps and details screen is all blank. no information is there.. and from the main sys info screen if I try to go next it freezes and I see this distorted image.. and after that whatever I try it will reboot the ird.. and will come back..

there is no functional problem but after ecm or anything I can't see the detailed info. anyone knows why it does that?

Some of the flashes used relocate data in the flash, the receiver can't find that data, or finds FFFF in it's place, locking up is the result.

Try to open the flash you loaded in flashedit, prolly won't under 301 single, but then try opening it as 501/5100, prolly will....

I opened my flash I loaded, in flashedit, and it opened fine as a single TSOP 301. I guess I will have to live with it.

Not sure if this is the same problem, But I had a 501 that would mess up on the 2nd screen. I went and “locked” and “unlocked” the system and it fixed it. Not sure if this will work for you, but it is worth a try
