View Full Version : 7200 Remote Control?

I bought a Dishnet "Platinum" remote control for the 7200 and was told it worked for this receiver. I have tried everything (scanned all the codes etc.) and can't get it to work. Does anyone know if these remotes will work with the 7200? Thanks for your help (I think I got screwed). Ha, Ha!

No it won't work. You either need the original Remote for the Dishplayer or get a 'One For All' URC-6012. One that supports the 1005 Echostar code.

I tried a million remotes on these things and so far my luck? Originals only....

I found one at rat shack for about $15.00 that worked, including PVR functions.

There is another cheap, One for All 3031/4041, also @ walmart, All PVR functions including record button work with 7100, DVDs, TV, VCR
