receiver problem

Please help..
I tried programming my Atmega card but could not program it.. and i just put it back in the receiver... now i dont get any power in my receiver, the green light just blink eight times once in a while..
I thought its updating but but no luck
P.S. I have adigital lock on my receiver and the card was working before but all the channel where not open..
