3100 power on & off

hello, i have a 3100 receiver problem it just going on and off I even flashed it with new tsop but its still doing the same thing it just goes upto aqquring signal 2 of 5 and turns off and then on again any body have any idea what could be wrong ? thanks for the help in advance!

sounds like the eeprom is corrupt if you have a copy of your tsop's then make a virgin eeprom with flashedit and write that to your receiver and you should be good to go

I also tried doing that but still doing the samething I even got my freind to change the sat tuner chip but same thing
