Dishnet 3900 upgrade with atmega problems??

I have 3800 but updated to 3900 with atmega and new software, no sound or picture checked box keys are good, works with rom 3 fine???? anybody can help me ?

boxkey problem if it works ok with plastic then you have boxkeys wrong if you think its the atmega try programming it for another ird
