I had the same problem with one ROM10 that I unlocked. Mine was caused from pulling the card out of the loader before I closed winexplorer. I would get the same response you got above on one computer. Then I tried another and it would read with several retries, and about 91% effeciency. So I cleaned it, wrote a bin to the card, NO BLOCKER, restreamed till it updated to A23, and unlocked it again. Works fine now. There is probably a easier fix, but that is what worked for mine.
