Settings for VCC

What are the settings for VCC need to be set at for the Vcc lo and Vcc hi.

That all depends on your unlocker. Different modded unlockers require different settings to work properly. That's why they call it "testing".....

I got mine to work already. I just flash it with 9 flash I was flashing 7, 8, 9. That why I was getting reset all the way along. I hope this will post helps anybody else who is the same boat that I was. I pop my first card this morning.
