have a rom 11 rev B08 that appears to have taken an update can anyone point me in the direction to unlock this card???

Use a Modded HU Loader to pop it.... If it still reads B08 then a ISO programmer with the SN2004 program should also open it for you...:)

thats what I'm using a modded mik 3 just need a program or something to unlock it

SN2004 runs on an regular Unlooper (not modded) not an ISO.

and this is the best and fastest method for these cards. Using other rom11 glitching scripts could loop your card. SN2004 has not looped any of my b08 cards.

Use TCFD to create tiers and apply the blocker included with TCFD.
Or use any Tiergen program and then use Checksum blocker.
