Only 2 channels......Help!!! Did I get hit?

Hi....New to this, I have programmed my card.....3100 Receiver....only get 2 channels ppv info and dishnet info

my location id is 00000001
Did my receiver get hit????

Yes... now get your JTAG out and fix it. ECM sticky in this section tells you why this happened.
