Updated my browser and after the up date ran spysweeper which found this in my windows startup: wextract_cleanup0. is this a windows file or is it sypwear I picked up somewhere else.
if you are familiar with reg edit then look here to see if the value is there.
It should not be on start up after you reboot one more time. If it is then just
take it off start up.
HKLM/Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

All it does is delete temp files for a newly installed program. Fubr is correct, it should dissappear on your next reboot

Thanks for the info fubr and dRaNo.
actually it is spyware, but a good kind.
it is spying on your sytem dumping something leftover from a previous install of somethin???
I forget what proggies it goes with but if you remove it whatever uses it will install it back again if needed,
either way it is no harm
