dish receiver without card

does anybody knows anything about a dish network receiver that can be activated but it does not used a card if somebody knows can you guide me to this new system.
just to let you know it is not a free to air receiver thank you

New cardless dishnet receivers are worthless for testing. No card, no jtag, no way to modify......yet..........and may never be. Get yourself something that is test friendly.
