301.01 Black out error

Thanks for the answers for previous problems.
I am using millis blocker on rom 10 with his all open tiers,everthing works and is open but after about 30-40 minutes i get -- This channel is blacked out in your area,then I hit the guide to go to a new channel and reciever redown loads the guide and then works fine for 30-40 minutes again.

I do have a AR105-C lock installed

Any Help is great

strange indeed...try different blackout string...all DF's working fine here....odd that the channels come and go....make sure your string is long enough...that's all i can think of
