Why N2 got Szeros smartcard?

I have been purchase over 30 Nagra 2 cards. I have been test all of virgins card. one of card seem not usually. I put card in the reciever, with no coax satellite signal because doesn't want to get stream. I found in system information at 301 reciever screen says, S000000000-00 "smartcard #". In other cards is excellents. I am wonder if any ones see that particular to smart card # zeros.

There is no Atr on this card but others has.

Have any idea, I am not worry about one card but just chance if able to get through reading to recovery zeros?

The ird and boxkeys are zero'd on new N2 cards ( Unmarried until stream activated). The s00 and atr are present. You may have a defective card.
