Vmod and 301.013 Help Plz

I need some help I am finished with vmod on my 301.013 its single tsop
301 .013
this is what jkey was read before vmod

flash 1(U12-M29W320DT)

Now I have to select from the list the ird model and whe i click detec it say
Desice ID # and Device #
but in model it says unknow
boot strap nothing
Sofware nothing
I followed the guide on vmod and when i turn vmode on and reset ird hit flash programming it says
jkey Error
The Flash Codes Returned are not reconized by jkey. MFg/device codes returned are ffffffff/ffffffff(JEDEC)and FFFFFFFF/FFFFFFFF(flash file)
What should I do
Did I do sometihng worng ???

Did you actually try and use a card other than the yellow one in the IRD first? The reason I ask is because with a bootstrap of 16 or less, there is no need for a vid mod. Hope you didn't screw up your IRD.

Did you try jkeys 301-013c? That's the latest version and it jkeys will detect your IRD on the drop down box.

he is right 16 does not need one.
as far as the fffffffff
seen a post by gunther )AFTER I FUCKED MINE UP)
you can ground r103 for a few secounds during boot up and it will give you all the info back.
them st chips are bad about doing that if you lose power during the vidmod process.
in otherwords its best to have one hooked up with a switch so you never have to power daown uniy during the entire process.
before grounding that r103 FIND the thread I am talking about and read his instructions.
ypu may find you now have a blank tsop :(
