Loader ?

I have an old hu loader (it worked well) marked on the board cobalt MK-II any info would be a help.I was looking @ the xtal and it is marked 18.432.It Also has 1-4dip.

I have searched a lot, i knew there were many diff loaders but didnt think i would have as much prob finding a mod .Maybe it's due to my vague description and no image..I have attached one this time any help would be appreciated..
