Ok I got a 20" dish from bev. I want to use it to get dishnetwork. On the y addapter that holds the 2 lnb's at the end of the arm says 91 on the left and 82 on the right. Will 119 be 91 and 110 be 82? So im pretty much aiming for 119 then do a switch test to get 110?
thanks

yes you do,

but find a good signal first on either 110 or 119, it won't upload the dish firmware without a good signal first.

If you are looking at the dish from the back and looking towards the sat in the sky the 119 sat is on the left and the 110 is right next to it on the right. I got the dish with the spots for three lnbs. On mine it goes 119,110 and then 101 in that order looking from the back. Now if you got the 119 but are having trouble with the 110 mabey your skew is off. On mine it's set to 101, but I got a dtv old sckool triple and I live where I live. Anyway it's skewed a little bit counterclockwise on mine. I usually would hook my receiver just to the 110 head and aim that cause it's in the middle of the dish, then hook it to the 119 and see if I get a signal there. If no signal on the 119 then I'd move the skew till I got it, then hook up the switch and then check the switch.

Yep. And if your in for a real challenge try 4 lnb's.. Get Bev, dish and DTV all in one dish quite a chore... :p

Well I got it converted without a problem. It pays off to learn and get help in advance for these kinds of challenges! Im only getting 119 right now, im getting signal loss messages in alot of the 8000's and 9000's, and I cant find 110. Another challenge ahead. It works great and thanks for all the help!
