just got my modded t911 flashed it with newd6 but when i try to unlock a card it says Getting Cam ID for Log File and then below it says Timeout from 2A command
any idea as to what i am doing wrong?

had this problem yesterday, found the solution using the search key. you have to go into configure, click the program settings, and uncheck the logtransactions. that should make the 2a error go away.
good luck. i popped my first rom 10 last nite in just over an hour. feels great when it happens.
