Converts dish 2700 box to fta

Does anyone has more information about "Converts dish 2700 box to fta, no card needed." I tried searching the forum but could not find anything. I saw an .enc file on the download section but need program and keys.

I have never heard of this Highly doubt its possible , there has been talk about possible being able to get a dish 301.013 to convert to FTA , but there are some serious mods and sw issue that would have to be handled to do it , Also there was / IS on going of people trying to convert the old Directv 430 RG receivers to FTA or to a Dish 301.013 but again there a problems with both !
