I cant seem to get Limewire to connect. Been letting it run for about 30 minutes now and just keeps saying connecting. I have downloaded before but now it wont let me. Can someone tell me why it wont connect???? I think I may of disabled something. I have been fucking with it for hours now and am about ready to give up. Still stuck on 1 green bar.

I have winamp and nero to convert mp3 files to wave. Kind of wondering if its worthwhile cause my cd players now read mp3 files in my vehicles.
I like this nero. Just got it a few days ago with a new maddog burner and I have been playing with it. I have a burner but I didnt have a program to use it with until now.

you can convert wma to mp3 with "MP3 to Wave converter" - (might have to find a crack though) . i like nero 2 , pretty easy to use and i like the cover designer

Nero does MP3 you shouldn't have to convert. Try nero express. Its a little easier when doing MP3 I think. I havn't done it in a while.

If your compression rate is 128 which is claimed to be CD quality it will play well on portable mp3 players though I havn't used a car mp3 player as yet. I prefer to compress my wave files to atleast 256 and I have found that most portable devices can not handle this. I therefore use Nero express to convert my 256 bit rate mp3 to wave and still enjoy the good quality.
Don't go by the sharpness in your recordings, at a lower bitrate it is harmonic distortion at a higher bitrate the same highs sound more pleasing.
