I was using Numaxcreator and their blocker and then the PPV went down. So I took the card out and reprogrammed it with Numaxcreator using the blocker in the numaxcreator program with the updated PPV. Put card back in and all I get is the info channel. Took card out again and reprogrammed and still the same thing. When I took the card out again I noticed that it was at RevA24 but it seemed to clean and program alright and it would be at RevA23 once I cleaned it. Still no luck with the channels though. Any suggestions?

I don't think so because I had the correct keys.

Then hit the SysInfo button on your remote control and look at the Location ID @ the bottom of the screen...If it has a couple of 0's then do a search for it...

I have a softlock on my reciever. I haven't had any trouble since putting it on about 9 months ago.

What message are u getthing on the other channels?
It wouldn't hurt to check the location ID. Because you have softlock doesn't mean that you can't get hit.

Location ID is 00000001
Software version is P232CLKD-N
I get channels 103 &101 on the guide. I also did a check swtich but that didn't help.

Location ID 00000001 means you need to do an ECM repair. Your tsop has been corrupted and no amount of fiddeling with any rom or rom emulator will fix your problem. Check out the how-to section at www.bellexpress.vu to learn how to ECM repair. You will need a jtag.

You can try to pull the card out and plug back, then do check switch, then go to system upgrade menu and select ask for permission. See if that works since you had a softlock on it, it might try to recover. If not then do what JT says.

Thanks for your help. I reprogrammed my flash and used the P231 with a softlock that I had saved the last time that I did it. It seems to be working now. We shall see. I am not sure why it got ECM'd in the first place as the softlock has been working ever since I did it which was probably 9 months ago or so. Who knows...

It probably took an upgrade or few upgrades during the 9 months and when the IRD updates the softlock is erased.
