i need some help.i 've bought this loader long time ago.is some one can tell me pls what kind of loader is that and can i program dishnetwork cards with that thing.thnaks a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!Sorry don't have any better pic.

yes there's no cover on it and i used to programm hu cards wiht it

Then you cannot program dish, it is an old hu loader and can only be modded(maybe) to unlock/unloop dish cards.

maybe u can sugest what kind of programmers is the best that can porgramm and unlock unloop
i have dp 301-10 and rom 3 and rom 10 cards and what else i'll need for programming/tanks

I have one too and would like to know if it can be modded. mikabu,T-911 are the only one
that Iv'e seen that can be modded. have a few cards here that I would like to PoP before they become Ice scrapers.
