I popped this rom 10 v23 a couple days ago and just now got around to programming it. After I stuck it in the receiver nothing but black, I then noticed it went from a 23 to a 24. I was using a script that placed the password at c700 instead of c600. Last time I used a script like this it locked the card. I don't know if the password location had anything to do with it or not. anyway now when i try to go into unlock it , it only gives me ????'s instead of +++'s. Try flashes 7,8,9 and 11. Nothing seems to work, can someone point me in the right direction. By the way I am using a nexus loader dip 3 down. Thanks.

Try raising the vccsetting's up or turn up the pot..

It has nothing to do with the VCC. The problem is that instead of a 6F when the floor is established, I am getting 69. Is there any reason why this should be? Rom10 rev A23.

Bobcat; I believe I read that the 69 means a dealer/password locked card. There was references to how to fix it but what does your REV show as now, is the ATR valid ?

"I've unlocked a lot of password lock cards all of them give me the same response.69f. Some cards will take longer but one thing i guarantee is that pengas script will unlock any password lock,I had a card i loaded with st long ago and i coulden't get back in but now its open..

"Ok guys, I have to report the stubborn ass A23 I had, my buddy popped it with his loader using the Unlockallromver5 with the flashes that come with it and the delay set to the dealer locked setting. So between my buddy and me, we have popped all cards between us, He asked me to mention that he had a card that may have been blocker locked because it would only return 696969696969, it wouldn't return any ff even with resistance lowered and vcc lowered, even though it only returned 6969 it still popped for him using the ver5 unlocker and I believe he told me the dealer locked settings as well, He changed something else in Winexplorer but right now I am having a brain fart and will be damned if I can remember what it was set too. I will update when I find out, So hey guys, if you don't have that ver5 unlockanything program, get it, the flashes are updated and seem to be the shit."

If its 69 use these delays 0c20 to 0c40 with D8 Flash It'll pop just as Cimba says its dealer locked....
Cimba I have had ver5 for along time if you want it gimme a holler
