Signature and Picture?

Hi, Y'all! Hey.....how do I get a picture to show up on my signature when posting? I try to upload the pic but keep getting "There was an error uploading your picture". Huh? Any ideas?

Its prolly too big..I had to edit mine to a smaller size for it to work..Cant remember the maximum size you can use
