Could someone please tell me why this is not working. I only get resets and unlock programs show no flash.

Does it flash succesfully?..
Maybe try different dip setting's or a different flash..?
What are you trying to pop.?

It flashes fine. No problem flashing.I have tried d8-8, d9-9. I only have 4 dip switches this old programmer. If you look at the pic, you will see how it is wired. Dip switches don't do a darn thing like the programmer. Only thing I can get to work is the reflashing.
