I have a echostar dish that i brought off e-bay and it will not power up the fuse was blown so i replaced it. but it still will not power up and help or helpful sites would be a great help. also like to say great site mili, keep it up

Check and see if the IRD is putting any voltage out to the dish. should be 10 - 12 volts it may be the IRD or the wiring
