My dishnet receiver only shows blue screen

I have a dishnet DV3 receiver with an Atmega 128 card. Today when I turned on the TV (the receiver is always on) it was showing just blue screen, no menu and no black screen and the receiver was not turning off , from time to time the green light was blinking and then constantly on. I tried unplugging , taking out the smart card, re-programming it, but still it is blue screen (as if the receiver is not connected or the TV is not receiving any signal even not a black screen)

I wonder what has happened ??!!!

if anybody can give me any comment about this, I will really apreciate it :)

sounds like your IRD was trying to update but you keep interupting it. also check your keys they have been rolling everyday just about. your card may not be rolling with them.
