Freaken keys changed twice taday

This is outrageous, the keys had changed two times today. What are the newest ones as of now, anyone ?

Gee, if you had a Magic Card you would not even know they changed, I almost missed the last on it rolled so fast.

I Only noticed when the plastic and FTA people complained

Boy that brings back memories. There towards the end I had one of the vcII modem units. Auto dialed a 800 number and downloaded the keys from a BBS. Only allowed 4 calls a day for some outrageous fee. Not the best solution but worked for a few months.

Finally gave that up and learned how they work. That gave me a few months more before all the good stuff went vcII+.

Remote got one hell of a workout though entering all those keys. :-)

No doubt! Best thing to happen to bud's. Dug out my stuff about 5 months ago hooked it back up. Fixed up the minor problems with the dish. Added a KU feed. Then played around with the autoroll stuff.

Not sure what the big surprise is..Dishnet did this just a couple yrs ago everyday when AVR didnt have autoroll and was very popular ;) Used to change it in the morning and then again around dinner tiime . Same doodoo different yr hehe

SJ, I'm just curious, My plastic has never failed to roll keys. do some fixes not roll? since mine always rolls i just assumed that all plastic does.. what is the reasoning behind that?

It depends on the way the program you use is written. If the programmer writes the key roll it it rolls. if he dosen't you have to put them in yourself. Most paid programs like Mii's have the autoroll but some free ware programs leave it out, it is a few extra lines of code that have to be included.

You may have noticed that magic did not roll, the public keys hardly ever changed and magician used the space for other things. Now that he has put the PK roll code back in they roll just like "Magic".

It's kinda like the spybot and adware programs you see all over, they give you a free program that finds the problems (real or made up ?) then tell you you have to buy the fix for them...Not everything is free from every place, some times just a teaser is free.
