Traspondres problem

On IRD 4900
I have a problem with the trasponders on Sat 110 -Odd are Ok
The Even are not there is nothing on Even
And the same it is with 119 -Odd are OK
The Even are not there is nothing on Even
Any help Thank you

Try Taking the card out then run a check switch and test switch..after it finishes put your card back in...Hope this helps ya
