Could some one tell me how do I erase and update the TSOP of 311.05 ?

My problem that this receiver can't detect the signal , I mean it can read signal but can not recognize witch satellite is the sorce of the signal so I was thinking to earse and re-update the TSOP , what do u think ??

I only have a single dish with single LNB pointing to 61.5 , I try a 301.10 using a Rom 10 card and it was getting signal almost 100 % on both Odd and even transpondor .

I change my receiver to 311.05 card less - even if I am check mark 61.5 it show that I do have almsot 100 % but wrong satelite , I did try to check switch and still same problem

What should I be doing to fix this problem to get my 311 can read the signal ?

Try connect to dp pro OR super dish. when i connect 311 to one got sw21 switch only show 119 sat. is sub .JCK7
