Any insight 2800 commercial X833 software?

Rom 3 rev 372 spoofed to 383. No matter what I try tcfdII, Nuromax 5.0, no ppv, no adult, good cam. Wrote clean bin. I can't get rid of the X in X833CAOD-B, or Commercial in 2800 Commercial. Still error 153 every hour.


Sys info screen says

MODEL: 2800 commercial

I know it is not the Tsop, It works great with atmega! With atmega it reads 2700/2800, and 833CAOD-N

I believe the 153 error is comming from either the X in X833CAOD-B or Commercial in 2800 Commercial. Card does have ff in second location of OTP (00 FF 00 00 00...)
I have read that doesn't matter. The card is not marked at the E07. Does anyone know if I can modify the image to get rid of "Commercial" or "X" ? I think this will solve my problem but don't know how.

You can always JTAG it and delete the appropriate flash sector then stream it...or flash it with another TSOP file.....but I doubt that would fix the 153 error...

I figure you might need an "anchor string" ....something like NHL or NBA string or ESPN-full court string...Without an anchor string....you're likely to be ECM'ed...

Whatever it is ...it's on the cam ...not in the box...

My 3700 has the same X833(CPCD)-N, 2800 Commercial. CPCD is the only difference.
I'm Using a ROM 3 w/mili's blocker.
I was told it's a tier on the card that determines the Commercial tsop. I don't have any problems with mine at all.
