510 with an info banner problem

I have wrote a virgin eeprom and an uncorrupted flash to my 510 but quite frequently the info bar just pops up on the top and diables audio and video for a second or two.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue??

That could be as simple as a bad IR receiver, I have seen them do wierd things when that receiver fails. If it starts doing other wierd stuff, like someone was pushing a remote button, that could be it.......Another possibility is RF interference, affecting the UHF remote input, disable that and see if it clears up.........

I have a spare IR receiver so I can swap it out and see if that is my problem
