Getting a sub for Dish

Hey guys,

I live up here in the great white north aka Canada, and currently have DishNet with the Casper Card which seems to be a Rom 3 if Im not mistaken,(www.caspercard.com) but now due to Nagra 2, I can't watch the Ethnic channels which is the main reason why I got DishNet. Does anybody know how I could get a sub for my DishNet?
